These Terms & Conditions govern your use of griomedglobal.in and any enquiry or application you make through it. GRIOMED Global Pvt. Ltd. ("GRIOMED") is a Government-registered company (CIN U46497BR2026PTC084129) headquartered in Arrah, Bihar, India.
1. Information on this website
Plan prices, investment figures, outlet areas, payback periods and profit projections shown on the website are indicative, based on our experience with partner outlets, and depend on your city, location, footfall, rent and management. They are not a guarantee of income. Final figures are confirmed in writing in your franchise proposal and agreement.
2. Enquiries and applications
Submitting a franchise application or contact form does not create a franchise relationship. A franchise is granted only after territory verification, documentation, signing of the franchise agreement and payment of the applicable fees. We may decline any application at our discretion. You confirm that the details you submit are true and that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Territory
Territory allocation (district / area exclusivity) is subject to availability at the time of agreement signing and is defined in the franchise agreement, not by any enquiry or discussion.
4. Licences and compliance
Pharmacy, clinic and healthcare operations in India require licences and registrations (drug licence, trade licence, registered pharmacist, GST, clinical establishment registration where applicable). GRIOMED assists with documentation and filing; the partner remains responsible for complying with all applicable laws and for maintaining licences in force.
5. Intellectual property
The GRIOMED name, logo, brand elements, website content, plan documents and marketing material are the property of GRIOMED Global Pvt. Ltd.. They may be used by partners only under a signed agreement and may not be copied or used otherwise.
6. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website: no automated submissions, scraping, attempts to access the admin area, or uploading of unlawful content. We may block access to anyone misusing the website.
7. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GRIOMED is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on information published on it. Nothing here limits liabilities that cannot be limited under Indian law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Arrah / Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction.
